Elizavena arrived in UK in 2007. Now she is  currently studying part time at the University of Bolton for a PGDE in Skills for Life (ESOL). She has already completed the PTLLS component of the diploma. In addition Elena is a currently volunteer one afternoon a week at a local primary school where she assists a Hungarian-speaking pupil with her English. She is  fluent in both written and spoken French - a language she has taught at both school and university level in her native Georgia. She is also fluent in written and spoken English and in her home country she was a qualified teacher of English. (These qualifications have been verified by NARIC, the UK body responsible for verifying overseas qualifications). Elena is of course also fluent in her native language, Russian and she currently does around 4 hours private tutoring in Russian each week. Key skills: PTLLS (and currently studying for PGDE); Level 2 AAT Certificate in Accounting (Equivalent to 4 GCSEs); Native speaker of Russian; Fluent in English and French; Oxford, Cambridge & RSA (OCR) Level 2 Certificates in Maths and English (equivalent to GCSE) IT literate.
